We apply our engineering expertise, to perform all the necessary repairs and modifications or retrofitting parts to optimise your machine tool, irrespective of the manufacturer. When more than repair or retrofit is required, the machine can be totally refurbished thus achieving the original geometry of the machine or in many cases better than new!

HNC specialise in the repair and refurbishment of machine tools.
Whether working in-house or on your own facility, a typical HNC rebuild includes stripping the machine to its base casting, re-grinding the ways, fitting new high precision ball screws, adding the latest anti-friction material or replacing with linear guide rails. Rebuilding the spindle with new bearings, overhauling hydraulics and pneumatics, and meeting latest Health & Safety requirements.

They serve as a reference that HNC provide you with the most appropriate cost effective solution to your requirements. All our team have on-going training in the latest Hardware and Software and have unlimited access to technical resources.
